粘滑羅斯菌(Rothia mucilaginosa)
簡介
粘滑羅斯菌(Rothia mucilaginosa)屬于微球菌科(Micrococcaceae)，革蘭陽性球菌、需氧。
臨床相關(guān)性
口腔、上呼吸道正常菌群，多引起免疫受損病人感染，如菌血癥、心內(nèi)膜炎、肺炎、腦膜炎、眼內(nèi)炎、角膜炎、人工關(guān)節(jié)感染、化膿性關(guān)節(jié)炎、腹透病人腹膜炎、肺膿腫、膿胸、腎盂腎炎等。多數(shù)菌對頭孢曲松、萬古霉素、左氧氟沙星、碳青霉烯類敏感。
藥敏
肉湯稀釋法（裂解馬血陽離子調(diào)節(jié)肉湯）檢測MIC受試抗生素及其折點參考M45，Table19；對來自無菌部位（如血液、深部組織、植入假體裝置）以及呼吸道標(biāo)本，特別是免疫缺陷患者，需要藥敏試驗；絕大部分菌株罕見對受試抗生素“非敏感”表型，如遇該菌株建議復(fù)查后送上級實驗室確認(rèn)。
